Join us for a special 1/2 day Howl Often event! Sign Up Here at Eventbrite.
Hike up to Forest Lakes, enjoy a delicious lunch at the lakes, journal using prompts surrounding the theme; connect to your inner howl. We'll also lead somatic yoga movement, an inner howl meditation, and finish with a tea ceremony. Most importantly, meet other wonderful women who enjoy a good howl!
Throughout this event we will prompt you to connect with your inner howl. We believe that deep within each of us lives our core, our soul, our wild woman. It’s untouched by our upbringing, by the opinions that hit us daily, by others expectations of us or how others perceive us. It’s our real, pure self, it's our inner howl.
Our inner howl, or soul, guides us throughout life. It’s the voice we hear but don’t heed because it’s a faint whisper and it’s overtaken by our should’s and could’s.
During this workshop, you will connect with your wild woman inside that is waiting to howl.
Your wild woman will lead you to a grounded knowing in who you are so that you can confidently decide what is right for you and guide you to your life's purpose.
When you connect to your inner howl, you will act with confidence - sensing and knowing throughout each pivotal moment of your day what is right for you.
To howl often, you need to resurrect your wild woman, build a relationship and love the most important person in the world - you.
Spend a half day for you. Immerse yourself in nature, hike to Forest Lakes with other vibrant women, and explore you, and your purpose in life through journaling prompts throughout the hike, yoga, meditation and a tea ceremony with The Tea Spot tea.
After the hike, we will be going to Salto for a drink.
Come Howl with us!
