Peralta Trail is about a 2 mile, moderate hike to the saddle. Once we get to the saddle, it offers an amazing view of Weavers Needle. The whole trail in general is gorgeous!!

Climbing is a fantastic challenge, both physically and mentally. It involves overcoming obstacles and learning to trust yourself and others.

Park at the Sanitas/Red Rocks parking lot off of Mapleton.
Meeting spot will be at the base of Sanitas Trailhead where the trail signs and trash bins are.
Climbing is a fantastic venue to unleash your wild woman! Not only does it develop mental and physical strength and fortitude, it also encourages trust in yourself and others and is a fantastic venue for facing and overcoming your fears. Be it an obvious fear like a fear of heights or a more subtle one like a fear of failure, climbing is a fantastic outlet to face many obstacles in your everyday life. Not to mention, you develop some fantastic camaraderie with your fellow climbers!
This will be a moderate 2.7 mile roundtrip loop from the Hemlock trail to Chuckanut Falls in Bellingham, WA.
After the hike, those interested can reconvene at Aslan for some fun social time!
We will meet at the North Chuckanut Mountain Trailhead at 5 p.m. (all welcome - bring your kids and dogs if you like!)

We will be hosting our first meet up in Alaska! We will be hiking up Little O Malley, with a backup plan of Powerline Pass if snow conditions are bad. If conditions are good and the group is feeling it, we may continue on towards false peak or the ball field. Well behaved dogs that enjoy somewhat steep snow travel are welcome on this hike.

Boulder Howlers - We're hiking, journaling and having some Om time for this December's pack event!
Come join us for a 1.5 hour loop hike starting at south mesa trailhead. To help manage the craziness of the holiday season, we'll have a meditation and journaling exercise then go for coffee after. We'll start the hike promptly at 8:30 so please arrive early to gear up. AND....please bring a journal + pen!
YOU MUST LET US KNOW IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING SINCE THERE IS A LIMIT OF 20 PEOPLE FOR THIS EVENT DUE TO OPEN SPACE REGULATIONS.
